Payment: Payment is due in full prior to the class. If payment is not received, the spot in the class cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation: Cancellations are permitted up to one week prior to the class/event. If it is under one week, but more than 24 hours, from the start of the class, the cost cannot be refunded, but can be directed towards another course with the School.
Minimum Enrollment: Each class needs a minimum number of students to enroll before the class can “make.” If the minimum enrollment has not been met two business days before the class begins, the class will be cancelled. All students who enrolled in the class will be notified by telephone or email, and may transfer to a different class. We encourage all students to enroll as soon as registration begins. Please check your phone and email messages, including your SPAM.
If you use a coupon or a gift certificate for your class, you are ineligible for a refund, even if you cancel prior to the week leading up to the class. You can still transfer your course fee to another course.
To cancel or reschedule you must call the store at (815) 877-FOTO (3686) or email us at email@example.com with the class title and date in the subject line. Cancellations sent through other channels will not be honored.
Special Events and individual classes may have specific rules or policies depending on the class. Please make sure you read all applicable material and ask any questions you may have so that you are fully informed in regards to all our classes.
We may capture still or video of various classes and events to use for promotional material. If you do not wish to be seen in promotional material, please ensure that you explicitly let us know. Otherwise, agreeing to these terms and conditions includes your consent for use in any marketing or promotional material for our classes and events.
